My friend Ryan [agentheugh.tumblr.com] has been struggling for some time with getting help.
They are a strong willed and wonderful man, and I love them to death, btu being in another country has prevented me from helping them beyond words.
Now I can do more. I am creating this fundraiser to be able to give them the money to et back on their feet.
They are living in an apaprtment they are soon to be evicted from. they have recently been given word they won’t be given any funding from any government becaus they do not have a job. They have been applying for jobs, but because they do not have their GED, or a car, these aren’t viable options at the moment.
I am working to give them enough money to eat, sleep, and have a phone so they can keep working towards getting to a stable place to get their GGED, get a job, get a home where they can thrive and be happy.
So I need your help please. Help them help themselves.

I’ve only set the goal as high as it is to keep it going. I’m not sure if the deadline will be met before enough money, and I don’t know how much they’ll need before they find a job. Just help them with whatever you can.

They are staying in a safe place at the moment, so they have a roof over their head. Which is wonderful. But meals are not included, and each month they only have a certain amount alloted from the government. So until they can get a job, they’re relying on both that and us to help them eat.
Also they do have to pay their cell bill each month. It’s not as high as it was, but it is still more than they make at the moment, which is nothing.
I’m helping each month where I can, but I would adore you all more for your continued support to keep their phone and internet on so they can send out resumes, get calls from employers, and continue to be safe.

UPDATE: They have been looking and looking for jobs, but being in a small town, the market is so slim for someone without a GED.
That is where their focus is, but unfortunately, becuase of having to pay to keep their phone on, and to eat, they are limited for their funds for paying for GED classes.
We really need your help so that Ryan can get his GED so he has reason to move to a bigger city and get a better job. Or even apply to a college and perhaps move to Canada.
